Alexandria

Hello! My name is Alexandria. I tutor Accounting, Economics and Statistics (all levels) and Mathematics (up to NCEA level one). I am in my first year of studying a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting at the University of Canterbury.

I graduated from Middleton Grange School in 2024 as the Proxime Accessit to the Dux. I gained Excellence endorsed in NCEA levels 1, 2 and 3, as well as many Excellence subject endorsements. In both year 12 and 13, I came 1st in Accounting, Business, and Economics. Additionally, in Year 12, I was 1st in French, and in Year 13, I also placed 1st in Statistics. In the New Zealand Economics Competition in 2024, I was awarded a Distinction. In Year 13, I received a NZQA scholarship in Statistics.

In my spare time, I enjoy baking and knitting. I also love doing ballet and I am currently working towards RAD Advanced Foundation.

I am passionate about all of the subjects that I tutor. I truly enjoy helping students to succeed at school and achieve their goals by getting alongside and encouraging them. As a tutor I am really looking forward to sharing different ways to study and understand topics so you can learn in the way that suits you best.
