Cayden

Hello, I'm Cayden. I tutor Calculus, Statistics, and Digital Technologies. I'm still currently in my last year of high school and looking to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Finance at the University of Canterbury. 

While I am still in high school, I'm endorsed with excellence across all three NCEA levels. I'm also enrolled in UC's MATH199 STAR course, having endorsed NCEA Level 3 Calculus with excellence in 2024. This year I've achieved Excellence in all my Statistics standards, as well as an extra four maths standards taken as a part of my Calculus extension class. Although my Digital Technologies project has not been marked yet, I have gotten Excellence in all but one standard from NCEA Levels 1 and 2. I am confident in my knowledge and ability to teach these subjects.

I believe that the secret to achieving higher grades is in fully understanding key concepts and how to apply them. I enjoy tutoring as it is both rewarding when results show and also a helpful revision tool.

Outside of academics, I enjoy playing chess, badminton, and volleyball as well as hitting the gym (preferably not training legs).
