Hey, I’m Becca and I’m looking forward to meeting you! I tutor Biology and Chemistry (to Level 3) and English and Mathematics (to level 2).

I have a BSc in Psychology, in which I took many neuroscience papers and am now studying towards my graduate diploma in Economics.

At Cashmere high school I achieved all 3 levels of NCEA endorsed with Excellence, and an Excellence endorsements in all subjects at Level two, with Level 3 Excellence endorsements in Calculus, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. I was first in my year group for Science at Level 1 and 2nd overall in Chemistry at Level 2.

After graduating high school I was a recipient of the Ralph Seelie Scholarship for Academic Excellence to study at Otago University and graduated in the top 2% of my psychology cohort.

I’m LGBTQIA+ friendly and understand that there are many components to your life aside from study. In my own life I love to catch up with my friends, rock climb, catch up with my friends while rock climbing, read, dance, learn about new ideas and get off the grid.

I have experience tutoring at high school and spent the last year as an ESOL tutor. I am also lucky that my psychology course content enlightened me with useful learning and study techniques that I am excited to depart on you.
